Return and Cancellation Policy

If you'd like to cancel or change an unprocessed catalog or web site order for any reason, please call 1-250-723-7241, as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. But you may simply return the order according to our return policy.

Return Policy

Custom orders such as orders with engraving, family rings, special ring sizes, custom modifications of any type cannot be accepted back for a refund, exchange or repair.

Dievert’s Jewellers (islandgold.com) will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.

Required Conditions of Return

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from Dievert’s Jewellers (islandgold.com) within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
  • Items worn can be easily damaged and scratched if the item is not satisfactory DO NOT WEAR IT. Items worn will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.

  • Custom orders such as orders with engraving, family rings, special ring sizes, custom modifications of any type cannot be accepted back for a refund, exchange or repair.
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent for a full refund. Please be advised that all returned items are visually inspected by Dievert’s Jewellers (islandgold.com) personnel.
  • ANY item that has been abused or mishandled, either intentionally or accidentally, will not be accepted for refund. At the sole discretion of Dieverts’ Jewellers (islandgold.com) an item may be subject to a partial repair/restocking fee.
  • Packages without a return authorization number (RA#) will not be accepted for refund.

How to Package your Return (Check List)

Before you return your item(s), have you...

  • Packaged all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by Dievert’s Jewellers (islandgold.com).
  • Include a copy of your original purchase receipt, it will help process the return in a timely manner.
  • Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if applicable; a $100 fee applies to any missing diamond certificate.
  • We recommend the package be returned to us by registered mail or Courier and insured for the amount of the item(s).
  • Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name, address and phone number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
  • Request that a signature is required by the consignee (Dieverts Ltd.)
  • For security reasons, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the package, as this invites theft.
